A full refund (excluding any delivery costs) is available for online orders returned within 14 days (please contact within 3 days of receipt and request a return via lisaknoxdesign@gmail.com) as long as the item is returned in the same condition as it left the studio. Shipping costs back to us are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item is returned after 14 days any refund will be subject to a restocking fee  which will vary per item.
